What Apple requires
A real money gambling app has to be published by the licensed operator itself rather than a developer working for them, and it has to be geo-restricted to regions where that licence holds.

Face ID is worth more than it sounds
Biometric login removes a password field from a wet screen, and it removes the login step from the start of a withdrawal, which is frequently where a cashout flow loses people.
