Which apps you can actually install, province by province
The legal question gets one line on each of these pages. What changes when you cross a provincial line is which store listing loads, and that gets the rest of the page.
The rule, stated once
Ontario runs a registered market, so the Ontario page lists the operators carrying an iGaming Ontario registration. Everywhere else the provincial corporation runs the domestic product and the rest is served by the rest-of-Canada rooms and the internationally licensed ones, so those are what the other twelve pages count. A brand that only operates inside the Ontario market is counted in Ontario and nowhere else.
That is the whole availability rule and it is printed on every page in this section, because nobody should have to trust a count they cannot check.
Why store listings are the interesting part
A real money gambling app is geo-fenced at the store. An app you installed in Toronto may simply not appear in the store two provinces over, and there is usually no message explaining why.
So each page counts three things: what is listed on the store, what exists only as an Android package you install yourself, and what has no package at all and is a mobile site with an icon.
Network, which nobody else counts
A hundred megabyte install is thirty four seconds on downtown LTE and several minutes on satellite backhaul. Data is metered in the territories and it is not metered on College Street.
Each page carries the connection we treat as typical for that region and what a hundred megabyte package costs on it, because in half this country the install itself is the decision.
Ages, since they are not uniform
Eighteen in Alberta, Québec, Manitoba. Nineteen everywhere else. Operators check it at registration and again at verification, and the second check is where a mismatch locks a balance rather than refusing an account.
