Gross is the cash side at the top of the advertised band, plus free spins counted at C$0.20 each because that is the stake rooms set them to.

Turnover is gross multiplied by the playthrough. Cost is four cents on every dollar of that turnover, which is what a mid-table slot takes on the way past. Net is gross minus cost.

Nothing in that calculation is an opinion and none of it is a claim about how any company behaves. It is long division on published terms, and anybody with a calculator gets the same figures. The workings are set out in the bonus arithmetic.

Why the phone question gets its own column

A few rooms only expose the bonus field on the desktop cashier. That makes the offer real and also makes it unavailable to somebody holding a phone and no laptop.

Rather than list those with an asterisk we mark them, because an offer you cannot claim where you are standing is not an offer you have.

What we are not doing here

No badges, no pass marks and no column comparing an operator against its own advertising. The terms are what they are and the arithmetic runs the same way on all forty nine.

The balance is not taxed once, it is taxed on every pass, so what survives falls away steeply rather than in a straight line. Forty times playthrough leaves about a fifth of the headline standing, seventy times leaves a twentieth, and two hundred times leaves nothing worth printing. That is a fact about how these products are priced rather than an accusation about anybody who prices them, and it is why the median offer on this board is worth C$101 against headlines running into four figures.
