Bonuses and offers

What is a no deposit bonus casino?

A no deposit bonus is credit or free spins given for registering, before any of your own money is involved. Usually small: twenty to fifty spins, or ten to twenty dollars.

The operator is buying a verified account and a first session. That is a fair trade as long as you know that is the trade.

The three limits

A wagering requirement on anything the bonus wins, often heavier than on a deposit offer because there is no deposit behind it.

A maximum withdrawal cap, commonly C$50 to C$100 regardless of what you win. Hit a big payout on a free spin and the cap is what you are getting.

Identity verification before the money moves. Non-negotiable, and the reason a no deposit bonus is not anonymous free money.

Pricing one

Fifty free spins at the C$0.20 stake they are usually set to is C$10 of value before wagering. Apply a 40x requirement on winnings and a C$50 cap, and the realistic expected value drops to a few dollars.

A few dollars is still more than nothing, and it is a genuinely useful way to see whether an app is worth keeping without funding it.

Where to find them

They are less common than the advertising suggests. On our board the count sits in the low single digits out of forty nine operators, and it changes.

The current list is at /free-money/no-deposit/, with the cap and the requirement next to each one instead of underneath it.
