The question is answerable in a few minutes without us, and the method matters more than the brand.
Look up the licence, not the reviews
Find the licensing body and number in the site footer, then go to that body's public register and search it. Two minutes, and it is the only step that cannot be faked from the operator's side.
Check which market the licence serves. Several long-running casino groups operate under international licences and are perfectly ordinary businesses; that is a different thing from being registered in Ontario, and the difference decides who handles a dispute.
Then read the exit, not the entrance
Minimum withdrawal, listed methods and their stated timings, whether verification is done up front or at first payout, and what the terms say about bonus balances at withdrawal time.
Deposits are frictionless everywhere. The withdrawal page is where operators differ, and it is the page nobody reads before signing up.
